CALIFORNIA FIRM RECALLS SAUSAGE PRODUCTS
DUE TO UNDECLARED ALLERGENS

WASHINGTON, Nov. 1, 2008 – Jolly Good Meat Products, a Los Angeles, Calif. establishment, is recalling approximately 600 pounds of ready-to-eat and raw banger sausage rolls because they may contain an undeclared allergen, eggs, the U. S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service announced today. Egg is a known allergen, which is not declared on the label.
